National Christian Council of Liberia

The National Christian Council of Liberia (NCCL) is a non-denominational Christian organization established to provide spiritual leadership, national intercession, and strategic guidance in line with Biblical values for the renewal and transformation of Liberia and the global Church. Operating as a prophetic voice to the nation and a catalyst for unity within the body of Christ, NCCL bridges the gap between spiritual mandate and national governance.

Our Core Objectives

Phases of the Revolution

Phase One: National Repentance (2021)

The first phase of the Spiritual Revolution began in 2021 with a nationwide call for repentance, symbolically held at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex. This event brought together people from across Liberia to humble themselves before God and seek His mercy. Early morning atonement prayers were held, invoking the blood of Jesus Christ to silence the cries of innocent bloodshed that had defiled the land. A sacred covenant, originally made by Liberia’s founding fathers to Almighty God, was renewed and rewritten as required by divine instruction. Forty chosen men and women of God documented and signed this covenant in a solemn ceremony at Providence Baptist Church on December 5, 2021. In this phase, a Resolution of Apology was also signed and submitted to the Government and People of Israel on behalf of the Liberian nation for wrongs committed against Israel.

Phase Two: National Restoration

The second phase focused on the spiritual and symbolic restoration of Liberia, including the proposed renaming of the capital city to “Christopolis,” meaning the City of Christ. A seven-day national fast and prayer initiative was launched, culminating in a Christopolis Conference that gathered mayors, church leaders, and Christian representatives from across the nation. Over the course of three days, a divine agreement was reached, and a resolution was signed affirming the desire to rename the capital to Christopolis, signifying Liberia’s return to its identity in Christ.

Phase Three: National Deliverance (2023)

Phase three marked the beginning of the deliverance process, aimed at liberating Liberia from spiritual darkness and demonic strongholds. Guided by the Holy Spirit, the deliverance campaign was launched on April 12, 2023, in Grand Kru County. Special intercessory actions were taken for key regions, including the Executive Mansion and spiritually sensitive areas in counties such as Nimba, Bong, Lofa, and Margibi. Specific streets in Monrovia known for spiritual oppression were also targeted for cleansing and deliverance, as the nation moved toward complete spiritual freedom.

Phase Four: National Empowerment (2024–2030)

The fourth phase began in 2024 and focuses on the spiritual and physical empowerment of Liberia, designed to span a total of six years—three years of preparation and three years of implementation. This phase includes the Reconciliation through Agriculture initiative across Liberia’s 73 districts and into the Mano River Union countries. A Mobile Health Program was introduced to bring healthcare directly to underserved communities. Economic plans were set in motion to establish a sustainable middle-class system. Most notably, the vision for building a new city—Christopolis—dedicated to the Lord Jesus Christ, is to be realized in central Liberia, covering parts of Bong, Nimba, Grand Bassa, and River Cess counties. This phase also outlines the development of a Global Development Fund with a goal of raising sixty billion dollars to support national transformation and fulfillment of God’s agenda for Liberia.
